All available hay for the 2011 season has been sold.
We only produce horse quality hay in small square bales with an in-chamber moisture meter. The crop is cut with a disc-mower conditioner, and tedded with a Pequea hay fluffer to retain leaf, improve drying and reduce bleaching.
Weather permitting first cut hay is harvested in earlier June (late boot to early seed head emergence) to facilitate a second cutting in late Summer.
